Wayne Devlin - Founder & Format Architect
Creator & Executive Producer, Wayne Devlin BCAa – the visionary founder of Devlin Entertainment Ltd – is the driving force behind our original television formats. With extensive experience across media, strategic partnerships, and brand development, Wayne, branded 'The Concepts Man', meticulously crafts our format architecture, ensuring robust commercial positioning and international scalability. He has worked alongside leading format creators including Nigel hall, (X Factor, Got Talent, Stars In Their Eyes) adding to his unique blend of creative insight and business acumen, ensuring our properties are not just entertaining, but also built for global success.
Wayne, a former international jazz, swing vocalist, has been formally recognized for his contributions to the arts and entertainment industry, receiving the British Citizen Award Medal (BCAa) at the Palace of Westminster and the Prime Minister’s Points of Light Award at 10 Downing Street. He was also personally invited to the late Queen's Garden Party at Buckingham Palace in acknowledgment of his outstanding impact. The late legendary singer Tony Bennett described Wayne as "a fantastic ambassador for the Great American Songbook.' These accolades underscore his dedication to championing creativity, nurturing talent, and elevating the standards of entertainment production on both a national and international stage.

Wayne received the British Citizen Award for Services to the Arts, presented at a special ceremony at the Palace of Westminster, where he was awarded the BCA Medal and granted the post-nominal letters BCAa in recognition of his contribution to the Arts.
