Creator and Executive Producer Wayne Devlin BCAa is the founder and Creative Director of Devlin Entertainment Ltd, an independent creator-owned entertainment production company developing and producing original television formats, music entertainment and multi-platform entertainment brands.
With a career spanning music, media, storytelling and creative development, Wayne specialises in creating original entertainment IP with strong audience appeal, distinctive creative identities and long-term franchise potential.
Throughout his career, Wayne has collaborated with leading industry figures including Nigel Hall (The X Factor, Got Talent, Stars In Their Eyes), combining creative vision with a deep understanding of entertainment development and the requirements needed to take ideas from concept through to production.
A British-Irish television creator, Wayne draws on a unique perspective across the UK and Ireland, developing entertainment concepts designed for domestic audiences while building opportunities for international adaptation and distribution.
A former international jazz and swing vocalist, Wayne has been recognised for his contribution to the arts, receiving the British Citizen Award Medal for Services to the Arts (BCAa) at the Palace of Westminster and the Prime Minister’s Points of Light Award at 10 Downing Street. He was also invited to the late Queen’s Garden Party at Buckingham Palace in recognition of his cultural contribution.
His creative work has been acknowledged by figures including Tony Bennett and President Michael D. Higgins, reflecting a lifelong commitment to music, storytelling and the power of entertainment to connect with audiences.

Wayne received the British Citizen Award for Services to the Arts, presented at a special ceremony at the Palace of Westminster, where he was awarded the BCA Medal and granted the post-nominal BCAa in recognition of his contribution to the Arts.
